2026 Yachtmaster Theory Autumn

About this voyage

The Rona Sailing Project is committed to ensuring that RYA training is available to all our volunteers.

Sailing schools can be very expensive and we ensure that our costs are kept as low as possible.

Yachtmaster theory courses cost just £145 per person which is inclusive of course pack, dividers, chart plotter, stationary required, food & accommodation aboard one of the boats alongside.

We are able to keep our costs low as the instructor volunteers their time.

Please note that is course is 6 days in length and is run over 2 weekends.   You must complete both weekends.

16 - 18 October

6 - 8 November

Courses begin at 9am on the first day and finish at approximately 4pm on the last day of each weekend.

RYA Yachtmaster theory is a recommended course for all volunteers considering taking the YM Coastal or Offshore practical exam in the near future.
